March 3-6,
Sundays are terrific here. It's honestly the only reason I can make it through the week. Today we had a conference, a testimony meeting, and then nothing...SWEET nothing. I wrote some letters, read more out of "Jesus the Chirst," took a little nap and then went to a fireside.
Highlight of the day? The speaker's son bore testimony of his dream about Christ--he fired a missile at Satan! It was sweet! And a close second? Barbecue kabobs for lunch--they were insanely delicious! Best meal we've had here! Oooooooohhhh...sweet, sweet beef. Agggghhhh....Drool.
Not much else to say. To go along with the motif, the Spirt also is sweet.
The days just kind of melt together here. Seems like every day could be the same: "had class, got discouraged, felt the Spirit, and felt better again thereafter." This place is so...monotonous! I'm getting very sick of it, very quickly. We'll see how I feel about this place in the field. But I know if I get a good companion, with whom I get along, it doesn't matter where I serve.
Not Much To Update
