Got new Americans today. Finally. It's been 7 weeks since our branch got new missionaries. Too bad we're leaving on Tuesday. HA HA! Can't wait, can't wait!
Talked to Joe Hurst today. he's leaving for Manaus in about 6 weeks. Ha Ha! I'm leaving on Tuesday! Can't wait! Can't Wait!!
Well, class was nice. Instead of TRC, we had gospel study. I'm reading James E. Talmage's "Articles of Faith." it's pretty cool. No, wait...it's very impressive. So far, I've read "Jesus the Christ," Truth Restored," "O Livro de Mormon" and "Tuesdays with Morry" (sic...I'm too tired to check or to spell well).
At this point, I'd gladly trade my English skills for Portuguese ones. Actually, I'd give one of my fingers to speak it right now. I need to memorize my Palestras too. So much STRESS!! :(
At least I have the greatest help in eternity--The Spirit of the Lord. We'll see what I learn, and how I am blessed from this struggle

Well, last visit to the temple for 22 months. Last P-Day here, last week here. I don't know...I'm excited and sad. Excited to leave, but kind of sad that I won't be able to visit the temple.
Our district's really starting to come together and bond. This last week is going to be either awesome or sucky. I'd prefer awesome. And with luck, the mission field will be better than here, and I'll get to actually see Christ change people's lives. And with even more luck, Manaus will have a temple before I leave.
